ASHE comprises all secondary and special schools in Essex and some affiliated schools in Thurrock and Southend.  Our aims are: To ensure the success of students and schools in Essex.   To support training, school improvement, leadership development and sharing of expertise.  Providing school to school support systems. Supporting innovation through our conferences.    Working collaboratively with other partners: Essex LA, National College, Schools Network, DfE, EFA and private providers.  Contribute to the development of Essex Learning Partnership which comprises Essex Primary , Special School and Secondary Heads Associations.  Provide communications and data to schools and partners.
